GroundWise AI is a consulting practice based in Tennessee. This page explains how we handle information you share through groundwiseai.com, especially the contact form. It is written for a soft launch and is meant to be clear, not exhaustive.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you submit: typically your name, email address, and message.
We may also collect basic site analytics (for example, pages visited and approximate location or device type) if analytics tools are enabled on the site. Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used, not to sell personal information.
How we use it
We use contact-form information to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Optionally send a one-time confirmation email with helpful resources and a booking link
We do not sell your personal information.
If you receive marketing email from us later, you can unsubscribe anytime using the link in that email.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and email (for example, hosting or form/email delivery), and only as needed for those jobs. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties for their marketing.
If you become a client, how I handle your project information is covered by our client agreement and summarized in my data one-pager: https://groundwiseai.com/downloads/GroundWise-AI_Data-and-AI-One-Pager.pdf
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to respond and follow up, or as required for legitimate business or legal reasons, then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can email us to ask what contact information we hold about you, or to request that we update or delete it, subject to any legal retention needs.
